This Notice informs the data subject of the main characteristics of the processing, pursuant to Articles 14 and 15 of the LFPDPPP in force.

2. Scope

This Notice covers processing for which ROKAWARE acts as controller:

• visitors and prospects of netzo.io;
• commercial, billing, and support contacts;
• account, authentication, security, and support data that ROKAWARE uses to operate app.netzo.io.

When a Customer uses app.netzo.io to process data of its employees, customers, suppliers, or other persons (Customer Data), the Customer is the controller and ROKAWARE acts as processor. That processing is governed by the DPA and the Customer's instructions, not this Notice.

If you are a data subject whose data is held in a Customer's Organization, exercise ARCO rights with that Customer.

3. Data processed

Depending on the interaction, ROKAWARE may process:

• identification and contact data;
• professional and company data;
• billing and contractual data;
• account, authentication, and security data;
• technical and activity logs;
• communications with ROKAWARE;
• information submitted in forms.

ROKAWARE does not collect sensitive personal data as controller through ordinary forms. Netzo is not designed to store medical or health data.

4. Purposes

Primary (necessary)

• handle contact, demo, or information requests;
• manage the commercial or pre-contractual relationship;
• create and authenticate accounts;
• operate, maintain, and secure the site and, where ROKAWARE is controller, the application;
• invoice and meet tax obligations;
• provide support;
• prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use;
• comply with law and exercise or defend rights.

Secondary (require consent)

• commercial communications and newsletters;
• event or survey invitations;
• aggregated statistics to improve the site.

You may refuse secondary purposes without affecting the primary ones. Write to [email protected] or use the unsubscribe link.

5. Limitation of use or disclosure

To limit secondary purposes: email [email protected] with the subject “Data use limit”, use the unsubscribe link, or block non-essential cookies in your browser.

6. Transfers and vendors

ROKAWARE may disclose data to processors selected to operate Netzo. The current list is at netzo.io/legal/subprocesadores.

It may also disclose data to authorities when required by law, and to professional advisors bound by confidentiality.

Transfers to third parties other than processors are made under Articles 35 and 36 of the LFPDPPP or with your consent.

7. ARCO rights

You may exercise Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition, and revoke consent, regarding data for which ROKAWARE is controller.

Send your request to [email protected] with: name; notification channel; identity or representation documents; description of the data and the right; and any information that helps locate them.

ROKAWARE will communicate its determination within twenty business days and, if granted, execute it within a further fifteen business days, under Article 31 of the LFPDPPP. Exercise is free of charge, except reproduction or shipping costs.

If the data is in a Customer's Organization, ROKAWARE will tell you. That fulfills the request as to ROKAWARE (Article 32).

8. Retention

Data is retained for the informed purposes and, afterwards, for legal or limitation periods. Commercial communications, until you revoke consent or object.

9. Security

ROKAWARE maintains administrative, technical, and physical measures that are reasonable and proportionate to the risk (Article 18 of the LFPDPPP). Absolute security is not guaranteed.

If a breach significantly affects your property or moral rights, you will be informed immediately (Article 19).

10. Cookies

netzo.io may use cookies necessary for operation, security, or session. Analytics or advertising cookies are not asserted until technically validated. You may block them in your browser; that may limit the site.

11. Changes

The current version is published at https://netzo.io/en/legal/privacy-notice. That publication is the means of communicating changes (Article 15, section VI).
