These Terms govern https://netzo.io (the Site), owned by ROKAWARE S.A.P.I. de C.V., RFC ROK220225I67, Corinto 206, Jardines de San Agustín, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, C.P. 66274.

They do not govern access to https://app.netzo.io, the Netzo Services, or Professional Services. That relationship is governed by the MSA, DPA, and Order Form provided when contracting.

By using the Site, you accept these Terms.

3. Permitted use

The Site is informational and commercial. You may use it to learn about Netzo, request a demo, and consult this legal center.

You may not compromise the Site, interfere with its operation, scrape content at unauthorized scale, impersonate another person, or treat demos, roadmaps, or commercial content as a contractual commitment.

Submitting a form does not by itself create a Netzo Services contract.

4. Intellectual property

ROKAWARE retains rights in the Site and its content. Visiting the Site does not transfer a license to Netzo.

Third-party marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

5. Content and links

Site information is general. It is not an irrevocable offer, advice, or a warranty of features.

ROKAWARE may change or remove content. It is not responsible for third-party sites.

Processing for which ROKAWARE is controller is described in the Privacy Notice. Cookies are explained in that Notice.

The Site is provided as is and as available. Uninterrupted operation and freedom from errors are not warranted.

8. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROKAWARE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunity arising from informational use of the Site.

Liabilities that cannot legally be waived, including liability arising from willful misconduct (dolo), are not excluded.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. Disputes are submitted to the courts of San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.
