1. Purpose

This page identifies third parties ROKAWARE may use to provide Netzo and that, where applicable, process personal data on ROKAWARE's behalf.

When contracting, the list is incorporated by reference into the DPA.

The Customer contracts Netzo, not an immutable technology architecture. ROKAWARE may add, replace, or remove Subprocessors under the DPA and applicable law.

2. What is not listed here

The following are not ROKAWARE Subprocessors merely because they access Netzo:

integrators or consultants hired by the Customer;
AI agents or models the Customer connects;
integrations under the Customer's control;
vendors that do not process Service personal data.

3. Current list

Named vendors are published once validated. Until then, the rows below describe categories, not a named vendor.

4. Changes

A Subprocessor change does not by itself amend the MSA. If the Customer registers a notice contact in its Order Form, ROKAWARE will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify that contact in advance.
